RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Every Lehvallée product is handcrafted using carefully sourced natural fibres and traditional textile techniques, produced in limited quantities.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, dimensions, and finishing can happen. These variations are part of the character and authenticity of handcrafted textiles, and not be considered a defect. Each product undergoes quality inspection before shipment.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item ordered.To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized products
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items unless defective

Exchanges

If a replacement product is available, we may offer an exchange. If not, a refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy. Lehvallée reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

REFUND POLICY

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card issuer.
