Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special collections, processing times may take a little longer. In which case, you will be informed.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Within India: 3–5 business days
- Europe and the United States of America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–12 business days

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lehvallée cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product. For any shipping-related questions, please contact us at customerservice@lehvallee.com

If an order is refused by the customer due to customs charges, any refund issued will exclude shipping costs, customs charges, and any fees incurred during the return process.
