Changla Pashmina shawl is woven in traditional twill weave using undyed grey-brown yarn, celebrating the natural beauty of this rare fibre in its purest form.

Soft, warm, and generously sized, the Changla offers exceptional comfort and an elegant drape, making it ideal for layering throughout the colder months or enjoying as a comforting wrap while travelling.

Named after the Changla Pass, the mountain route connecting Leh to the high plains of Changthang, this shawl pays tribute to the landscape where our pashmina originates and to the pastoral communities who have tended these herds for generations.

To maintain the exceptional quality of your Lehvallee pashmina, please follow our care recommendations:

Washing: Lehvallée pieces can be machine washed using a special wool or delicate fabric program at max 30°, though we recommend handwashing or dry cleaning. Do not tumble dry.

Hand washing: for a delicate handwash use lukewarm water (max 30°) with a mild soap (for woolen products). Avoid vigorous rubbing and gently wring out the item after wash.

Lay it flat dry, away from direct sunlight. Use a moderate temperature setting when ironing. Place a damp cloth over the fabric or use steam iron.

Note: Before storing your pashmina for an extended period, make sure it is clean and dry. Air it and and store in a cotton bag (provided) to allow it to breathe.
